3. Definitions
"We", "Us" and "Our" mean Stable Smart Limited. "You" means the purchaser. "Products" means goods offered for sale through the Website. "Contract" means the agreement formed when we dispatch your order.

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or copy content without permission.
5. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings. We may improve or discontinue products without notice. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. We may refuse or cancel orders where products are unavailable, payment fails, pricing errors occur or fraud is suspected. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). Stable Smart Limited is not currently VAT registered. Delivery charges are shown during checkout. Payment must be received before dispatch and is processed securely through approved payment providers. Prices may change without notice on the website. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. 8. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when payment has been received in full.
9. Returns

10. Warranty
Faulty products will be repaired, replaced or refunded in accordance with our Returns Policy which forms part of these terms and conditions and which can be found on our website. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits your statutory rights.
11. Product Safety
Products must be installed and used in accordance with the supplied instructions. The Rug Tidy must be fixed to a suitable structure capable of supporting the intended load. Incorrect installation or misuse may invalidate the warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, product names, images and text are the property of Stable Smart Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
13. Customer Content
If you submit reviews or photographs, you grant Stable Smart Limited a non-exclusive royalty-free licence to use them for promotional purposes. You confirm the content is yours and lawful.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our website, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here.
