Returns Policy

At Stable Smart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our returns and warranty policy below.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

·      Be unused and in its original condition.

·      Be returned in its original packaging.

·      Include all parts, accessories and instructions supplied with the product.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Unless the return is due to a fault or defect, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty

The Rug Tidy is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use of the product.

If a fault develops during the warranty period, Stable Smart will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part.

The warranty does not cover:

·      Accidental damage.

·      Incorrect Installation.

·      Misuse, abuse or neglect.

·      Damage caused by incorrect installation or improper use.

·      Normal wear and tear.

·      Unauthorised modifications or repairs.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us with details of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the defect. We may ask you to return the product for inspection before confirming the appropriate remedy.

Return Shipping Costs

If your product is found to be defective and is covered under warranty, Stable Smart will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item.

For all other returns, including change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
